This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a direct exit to the garden, as well as a shower room complete with bidet and WC. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds offers a garden exit and is served by a dedicated shower room with bidet and WC.
