This villa welcomes visiors to a traditional double-height foyer with a staircase, and immediately after, a generous 60-square-meters south-facing living room and open dining area. French windows in this room open straight onto to garden, where a couple of wooden sun deck chairs sit in a peaceful environment, just perfect for an afternoon nap. The partly open Provençal-style kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and a dining area. The ground floor has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This room has access to a private terrace with a table for two, in front of the garden.

Upstairs, there are two other bedrooms. The main bedroom is equiped with an exercise bicycle and an en-suite bathroom with a bathttub. This bedroom enjoys access to large south-facting private terrace where you will find a deck chair and plants. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room and views all around over the trees. The landing of the stairs extends to create a small living room, from where you can access the mezzanine wih an extra bed through a spiral staircase.

The roofttop terrace has stunning views over the legendary Pic Saint Loup mountain and over the green hills around the property. It is equipped with a dining table for an al fresco drink with a view.

The mature garden is a mixture of local species and tall palm trees that a pleasent shade to keep you cool under the summer sun. The focal point is surely the geometrically-shaped overflowing swimming pool. Next to it, you will find a pool house fitted with a barbecue and a covered dining area for 8, as well as a gas barbecue and a mini fridge. Around tthe garden, yyou will also find a ping-pong table, garden couches under the shade and sun loungers.

There is a private parking area for up to 2 cars.

This stylish villa is ideal for families looking to relax in all comfort in the best part of Montpellier. This property is also the ideal sarting point to explore tthe south of France; Lac de Salagou is only 30 minutes away by car, as is the village and abbey of Saint Guilhem-le-Désert, and in an hour you can reach Nimes with its spectacular Roman ruines. Further afield you can visit the walled medieval cities of Carcassone and La Couvertoirade. Finally, you cannot miss the medieval centre of Montpellier (15 minutes by car) and the beaches (20 minutes’ drive).
