Villa Los Pinos is a charming and well-located holiday villa in Calpe, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests. With 4 bedrooms, a private pool, and just a 10-minute walk to La Fossa Beach, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The lively boulevard, with its wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops, is right at your fingertips.



The villa is spread over two separate levels, offering both space and privacy. Downstairs, you'll find a living room with two sofas and Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and kettle—everything you need to prepare meals at home. This level also features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, and wardrobe space. A shared bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet completes the floor.



Upstairs, you'll find a second bright and comfortable living area with a TV and a dining space—perfect for groups who appreciate a bit of extra room to relax. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. From here, step out onto the inviting balcony, complete with lounge seating and pleasant views—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the evening. This floor also features two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and TV, and a charming children's room with two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower–bath combination, sink, and toilet.



Outside, the villa truly shines. Enjoy the private 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, relax on the covered terrace, or gather around the built-in charcoal barbecue for al fresco dining. The property offers one private parking space, as well as ample free street parking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this home.

2: Two (2) pets are allowed, weighing up to 10 kg. each. This adds an extra fee of €50.

3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
