Three-room apartment, sleeps 4+1 - Sixty square meters of harmony: a double bedroom that invites rest, a bedroom with bunk beds that preserves light dreams, and a living area where the kitchen and living room merge into a warm and convivial space.

On the first floor, a covered and furnished terrace becomes the setting for simple and precious moments: an al fresco lunch, the distant sound of the sea, the evening slipping gently away between thoughts.

Important Notes:

- Minimum age 21: To check-in, you must have celebrated at least 21 birthdays. This rule only applies to groups of young people; families are always our favorite guests.
- Check-in is in our offices from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM: arriving on time helps get your vacation off to a good start.
- Check-out is by 9:00 AM, giving us time to get the accommodation back in tip-top shape. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50 surcharge for our "night owl" shift.

- Pets Allowed: We love them, but only small pets, with a €30 surcharge.
- Mandatory Security Deposit: €200. This is refunded after a quick check of the property; if you pay by card, the deposit will be released within 7 days. For cash payments, the refund will be made after 3:00 PM or by bank transfer within 3 days (and we highly recommend this option, as it's the most convenient).
- Bed Linen and Towels: A double kit with towels (also for single use) is available for €40, and a single kit for €20. Simply request it at the time of booking and book within 7 days of your arrival date.

Check-in information is sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at +39 055 522 500. For selected properties, key collection usually takes place at the property. If you require linens, please collect them at our offices in Portoferraio.
