Large holiday home in Oddesund, spanning a spacious 311 square meter house area and situated on a large 3000 square meter natural plot. Built in 1954 and renovated in 2015, this house offers modern comforts while still retaining its charming origins. With space for up to 18 people, this is the ideal retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy an unforgettable holiday together.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house is located just 500 meters from the water, ensuring that you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the fjord right from your own terrace. The view of the water will definitely take your breath away and create a perfect setting for relaxation and togetherness. Here you can take your time to enjoy the sunsets while sitting in the hot tub, which can accommodate up to 5 people, and let the hot water melt away the stress of the day.



Indoors you will find 6 comfortable bedrooms, including three with double beds, one with a bunk bed, one with two single beds, as well as a family room with two double beds and four bunk beds, ensuring that there is room for everyone. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with a toilet and underfloor heating. There is a shower in one and a bathtub in the other, making it easy for everyone to get the necessary space and comfort. The house is also equipped with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, so you can stay warm, regardless of the season.



For families with small children, there are two cots and two high chairs available, making it easy to travel with the little ones. The living rooms are both equipped with televisions, one with access to both Danish and German TV, as well as Chromecast/USB access, so you can stream your favorite programs. In addition, there is wireless internet, so you can stay connected if necessary.



The entertainment is top-notch with facilities such as air hockey, pool/billiards, table football, table tennis and darts. This house is perfect for spending time with friends and family, and there is never a dull moment. The house's activity room also offers a large trampoline and various play activities.
