An open-plan space, ideal for special times with family and friends.
The living room with its beautiful velvet sofa and footstool, comfy chairs and coffee table, TV and DVD player with a supply of DVDs, flows into the light filled dining area.
Units wrap around the kitchen space and central island, housing an electric waist height double oven, five ring hob, built in eye level microwave, massive American style fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own standard size pods), an air-fryer, toaster, and kettle.

This chic modern bathroom has both a hand-wand and rain shower heads over the bath with shower screen, a WC, wash basin with drawer beneath, heated towel rail (towels will be supplied for all guests), and natural light.
OUTSIDE
There’s parking for one car on a drive outside the house and there's also an EV charger. A wicker fence gives privacy and there's a gate opening into the spacious front courtyard which has two outside seating areas for enjoying a meal or simply soaking up the sun
