We will contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of arrival. Check-in and key collection take place at our offices in Portoferraio. We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Please leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils upon checkout. Separate waste and dispose of it properly.

Two-Room Apartment for 2 – Cozy Apartment in Marciana Marina

Charming two-room apartment on the first floor for rent featuring a new kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The bright double bedroom ensures relaxation, while the bathroom, complete with bidet, shower, and window, ensures functionality and comfort for a pleasant stay.

There is no assigned parking space, but parking is available in a public parking lot about 150 meters away.

Important Notes:

- Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- pets are not allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): €150.

Bed linens and towels
Linens are not included in the price and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or can be brought along.

Double bed linen (also for single use): €40
Single bed linen: €20
The linen set includes both sheets and towels.
Security deposit

The security deposit will be refunded within a few days of the end of your stay.
Payment can be made in cash, refunded upon departure if departure is after 3:00 PM (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Credit cards are also accepted, but the release times depend on the procedures of the banking network used.
