You live in a quiet and sought-after area surrounded by pine forests and fresh sea air, with proximity to one of Österlen's most beautiful sandy beaches. A perfect accommodation for family and friends looking for relaxation, quality time and wonderful experiences. Only about 850 meters away, one of Österlen's finest sandy beaches awaits. The walk there goes through scenic surroundings and the reward is a quiet and spacious beach with plenty of space. The house offers an inviting outdoor environment with a large, lovely wooden terrace with a generous dining table and plenty of seating that becomes a natural gathering place during the holiday. There is both a barbecue and a practical outdoor kitchen, perfect for long, warm summer evenings. The glazed outdoor room with fireplace creates an extra cozy place even when the temperature drops and is also equipped with a large dining table with plenty of space for everyone. The plot also has a separate annex with a toilet and a bunk bed (wider lower bunk), which provides extra flexibility. After a day at the seaside, the outdoor shower is a much-appreciated detail, while there is an indoor shower for extra comfort. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped for self-catering. In the living room, you can gather around the dining table or relax on the corner sofa in front of the TV with Chromecast, and on cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove adds an extra cozy feel. The house has two bedrooms with a total of four beds, divided into single beds and a double bed. The generous plot is a lovely combination of natural land and grassy area - there is plenty of space for both relaxation and play. The flat lawn is ideal for playing kubb, ball games or other summer activities, while the pine forest provides shade and peace. The area offers a network of fine paths and quiet roads through the forest and along the coast - perfect for relaxing walks, runs or bike rides in a scenic environment. Only about 850 meters from the house there is a small unmanned grocery store where you can easily buy necessities. For those who want to explore the area, there are bicycles and a bicycle trailer to borrow - perfect for trips to the beach or along the scenic cycle paths. At Yngsjö Havsbad, about 2.5 km away, not only the fantastic beach awaits you but also a summer restaurant, kiosk, mini golf and tennis courts. Only about 10 minutes away is charming Åhus - known for its picturesque harbor, its ice cream parlors and as the home of Absolut Vodka. Here you will find cozy cafes, restaurants, small shops and attractions such as the Absolut Vodka visitor center and the historic city center. Along the coast and in the surrounding area there are also several excursion destinations, nature reserves and farm shops to discover. Between Åhus and Yngsjö is the popular smokehouse with both a restaurant and shop - an obvious stop for those who want to enjoy local delicacies.
