Immersed in the rolling hills of Montefeltro, Camomilla is a bright and welcoming apartment designed for those who wish to slow down and embrace the authentic rhythm of the Marche countryside. Located within Villa CaBrandano, it combines the rustic charm of a traditional farmhouse with modern comforts and spaces designed for sharing special moments.



THE SPACE

Camomilla is located on the first floor of Villa CaBrandano, a villa composed of three independent apartments surrounded by the green hills of the Marche region. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with Smart TV and table football, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, ideal for convivial meals and shared experiences during your stay. A baby cot for children aged 0–2 years can be added upon request.



The bio-pool is shared with the Lavanda and Zafferano apartments, offering relaxing spaces immersed in nature.



The interiors are spacious and filled with natural light: the living room overlooks the valley and the pool area, inviting relaxation with its Smart TV and table football, while the kitchen with central island is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and coffee machine, perfect for self-catering or enjoying private chef experiences and cooking classes.



The three bedrooms are comfortable and bright, designed to ensure privacy and rest, while the three bathrooms offer convenience even for larger groups.



The outdoor spaces and shared bio-pool, set among the green hills of Montefeltro, complete the experience with moments of relaxation, nature, and tranquility.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Katia and the Yohome team are always available to suggest authentic local experiences such as fresh pasta-making classes, sailing excursions, and wine tastings at local wineries.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, iron, laundry essentials, bathroom amenities, self check-in, barbecue, and free parking.



Pets are welcome upon request and subject to an additional fee. They must not be left unattended inside the property or in communal gardens and are not allowed in the pool area.



Smoking is not allowed inside the property.



THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Villa CaBrandano is located in the heart of Montefeltro, between the Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions, in an ideal position to explore some of the most beautiful destinations in the area. The UNESCO-listed city of Urbino is easily reachable, as well as Pesaro, Italian Capital of Culture 2024. The surrounding area offers historic villages, hiking trails, mountain bike routes, and numerous wineries where guests can enjoy local wine tastings. The Adriatic coast is about 30 minutes away by car, allowing guests to combine countryside relaxation with seaside days.



GETTING AROUND

On foot, guests can enjoy peaceful walks through rolling hills, olive groves, and scenic country roads. By car, the most convenient option, it is easy to reach Pesaro (25 minutes), Urbino (40 minutes), Gradara (30 minutes), and San Marino (50 minutes), as well as the beaches of the Adriatic Riviera and the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. The area is served by local buses to Pesaro, where train connections are available to major Italian cities such as Bologna, Milan, Rimini, and Ancona. The nearest airports are Rimini (about 55 km) and Ancona (about 85 km), both easily reachable by car.
