This two bedroom, two bathroom spacious apartment is located in an elevated position with spectacular views of the Mojácar coastline.

The apartment is located on the first floor and accessed by stairs. On entering the apartment, we find ourselves immediately in the bright and spacious open plan living dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is to the left and is equipped with, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine and other essentials for a comfortable stay.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, ceiling fans and A C, from the lounge there are patio doors that lead out on to the spacious terrace, equipped with dining table and chairs for alfresco dining and an awning to give shade from the Summer Mojácar sun. There is also room for two sunbeds. The views from the terrace are breath taking! The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan. There is also direct access to the terrace from this bedroom. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room, with two single beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan.

Both bedrooms have air con. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and the second equipped with a walk-in shower. There is also access to the communal swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim to cool off.
