The reason that for saying that the experience has been bad is that neither on the Tuesday nor yesterday we had any hot water at the toilet of the room. That is, not from the shower nor from the tap. Since I was driving almost 11 hours on the Monday I really looked forward to take a long hot shower on the Tuesday but it wasn’t possible since the water was ice cold. Yesterday the situation was the same. I don’t require that much from a hotel room but one thing that I find compulsory is to have hot water from the shower. Hence I’m very disappointed, especially since the cost for the room was rather high. On top of this the tub is missing a glass door which makes the water from the shower (only a problem this morning) is flooding on the floor of the bathroom, which isn’t very nice.

Regrettably the reception on Friday was very poor: unpleasant and non-transparent communication. 1st.: we do the check-in and only because we asked for the schedule for the pool, we learn that the pool is not working. This is something that should have been communicated upfront. 2nd. We are given the keys to the room with the only orientation of heading right after the glass door. Once we go through the glass door, and try to find an elevator, we realize the elevator is also not working. This trip was a special invitation for my mother who is almost 80 years old. The person at the reception should have been trained to say: I notice you have an elder person, regrettably I need to inform you that there is no elevator, etc. When we go back to the reception to ask if we can change rooms, because my mother cannot manage going up the stairs so easily, the person at the reception gets angry, prints out a form and asks me to sign it if I want to get a refund for the 2 nights we have been booked. I completely understand that this person was under stress, but its responsibility of the hotel to train the staff on how to communicate ina non aggressive manner. Not to mention, that if the elevator and the pool are not working, you should inform your clients. I found this very regrettable and unpleasant and cannot recommend this hotel

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr schön und hell eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr schön und toll gelegen. Wir sind im Dunkeln angekommen und hatten leider Schwierigkeiten bei der Orientierung. Eine deutliche Wegweisung der Rezeption wäre wünschenswert. Insgesamt wirkt die Ordnung auf den Gängen etwas unübersichtlich- es stehen unnötige Schmutzwäschewagen in den Gängen und die Teppiche waren auch schmutzig. Das Frühstück war bodenständig mit Luft nach oben. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite mit Seeblick. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ganz besonders die Damen und Herren vom Frühstücksservice. Trotz der Vielzahl der Gäste haben sich alle sehr bemüht. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür. Die Betten waren super, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zusammengefasst hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
