➞ We offer a convenient self check-in process. All necessary information, including keyless lock codes, will be provided prior to your arrival to ensure a seamless check-in experience.

Upon Booking:

➞ A valid copy of your driver's license or passport is required. For security reasons, just like at a hotel

➞ Guests are required to sign our company’s Terms and Conditions and provide a fully refundable security deposit.

➞ Early check-in and late check-out may be available, please contact the host

Early Check-In Fees:

£80 – Between 10am and 12pm

£60 – Between 12pm and 1pm

£40 – Between 1pm and 3pm

Late Check-Out Fees:

£20 – 12pm

£40 – 1pm

£80 – Between 1pm and 3pm

After 3pm – Charged as an additional night

➞ Pets are welcome but fees apply contact host

➞ Parties or events are strictly prohibited. If a party is held, resulting in additional cleaning, a £100 cleaning fee will be charged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

➞ Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly forbidden. A £150 fee will apply if there is any smoke odor detected.

➞ Loud noise or disturbances are not permitted. One polite warning will be issued in the event of noise complaints. If not followed, guests will be asked to leave the property without a refund.

➞ Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

➞ Standard check-in time is 3pm; check-out is at 11am.
