Sunny and Cozy Apartment is a well-equipped 60 sqm two-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a residential building in central Brașov. Bright, comfortable and practical, it sleeps up to 6 guests and is a solid base for exploring the city and the wider Transylvania region — from Brașov's medieval Old Town to the ski slopes of Poiana Brașov.

✨ Living Room
Comfortable living area with sofa bed, 138 cm Smart TV with Netflix, cable TV and streaming. Well-lit and spacious enough for the whole group to gather.

✨ Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and extractor hood. Cookware, glassware and utensils all provided. Ground coffee, tea, sugar and kitchen essentials included on arrival. An enclosed balcony off the kitchen can be used for smoking.

✨ Bathrooms
Two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower and one service bathroom. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board available. Two clothes drying racks and a washing machine for longer stays.

✨ Heating
Individual gas boiler with mobile thermostat, limited to 23°C. The apartment is centrally heated — no air conditioning.

✨ Internet
500 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout the apartment.

✨ Parking
Free parking available in the building courtyard — details shared after booking.

• The check-in and check-out times may be made flexible upon request, depending on the availability.
• Ask if you have a question or issue: The key is just ask if you need something or want to know something. We appreciate the opportunity to make things more comfortable for you. Please text, we'll point you in the right direction.
• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or on the balconies. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.
