Peaceful and secure, Breathtaking View, Modern, between Dawn Beach and Guana Bay
Twenty minutes away from the very touristy and lively districts of the island the property is a haven of peace. The apartment with its own entrance is part of a modern villa located in a gated and upscale neighborhood (security control + gate) facing the ocean and famous St Barth French island, surrounded by beautiful villas and 5 minutes drive to beach and French border, with spectacular view from every rooms. The open kitchen Queen Bedroom and living room, equipped with a convertible sofa (full bed), have air conditioning and ceiling fans, TV in the living room, and every window has mosquito screens and hurricane shutters. The unit is practical quiet and safe. Large terrace / balcony for every room. The apartment is completely turned towards the ocean!

オーナー : Roxane
Your hosts are 2 French gentlemen, living and working in vacation rental since years in USA and West Indies Caribbean islands. They left France 30 years ago to live in Paraguay where they ran a Cultural Center with an Art Gallery, a small theater and a French Bistro in Asuncion the Capital city . They moved in 2011 to USA and ran an Inn in Napa Valley California until 2016 when they transformed their beautiful house in a holiday home. They live now between California and Sint Maarten, they speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
