5 star holiday home in VÄRMDÖ

Welcome to a nice and well-kept house with a magical view of Torsbyfjärden! The house was built in 2022 and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a sliding door between the bedrooms. A fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen has an open plan with the living room. The cottage has an air heat pump, please turn it off when you are away from home to save on electricity. There are large glass panels facing the balcony and the magical view, pull them away and have a morning coffee, or go down the stairs to your own jetty and take a morning swim. You share the plot with the owners, their house is close but the patios face in different directions. The balcony has glass railings, so there is nothing that obscures the view of the rocks or the water. The balcony has outdoor furniture and an outdoor kitchen. Next to the house is the sauna house that you have at your disposal, it can accommodate six people, it also has a sea view. At the back of the sauna house there is an outdoor shower. Just a ten-minute walk from the house is a large swimming area with a sandy beach, piers and a playground. The area has nice gravel roads for walks and you are welcome to bring your bikes. There is plenty of forest with mushrooms and berries that have nice hikes. A ten-minute drive from the house is Siggesta farm, with animals, mini golf, soccer golf, and an adventure course for children in the forest. They have a good restaurant, coffee shop and ice cream kiosk. There is a lot to experience on Värmdö, which comes alive in the summer due to its proximity to water everywhere. Take a trip to Gustavsberg and shop, take an archipelago boat from Stavsnäs to Sandhamn or other islands in the archipelago or why not into Stockholm, all are nice archipelago trips.
