THE SPACE

THE LOCATION

Ski from 10m from your door - the home run passes right by your balcony. Prarion lift accesses Les Houches ski area including the legendary Kandahar run.



Les Houches stays open even in heavy snow when other stations close. Bus takes you to all the ski lifts in the Chamonix valley.



In summer, Lac de Chavants is a 2-minute walk with tennis courts, fishing lake, kids' playground, and summer concerts. The Prarion lift opens hiking trails and MTB routes, plus access to the Mont Blanc Goûter climbing route.

Les Houches and Prarion are rapidly becoming known as one of the best downhill and enduro mountain areas of the French Alpes and bikes and equipment can be hired in the village.
