The location to the beach, boardwalk and town is fantastic. My reservation access required a security deposit before they gave me the code to enter. I was not aware of this and was scrambling to find someone to talk to. I never actually spoke to the host because it is managed by a company. Once I reached someone on what'sapp, i got a quick resolution.

One of the things we enjoy most about this area is how easily guests can reach the historic city centre while still enjoying a calm environment away from the busiest tourist streets. Within a short drive, cycle, or bus ride, visitors can explore famous Cambridge landmarks such as University of Cambridge, the beautiful colleges, museums, and the picturesque River Cam.

The neighbourhood also has several local green spaces, including Jesus Green, where visitors can enjoy riverside walks, picnics, or cycling along the river. Cambridge is well known for its cycling culture, and the area makes it easy to explore the city by bike.

What we particularly appreciate about this location is the balance it offers — a peaceful residential atmosphere combined with quick access to Cambridge’s cafés, restaurants, historic streets, and cultural attractions.
