Details about the house:This house is perfect for a wonderful family holiday or holiday with friends! There are simply plenty of opportunities for activities all year round. The large kitchen-dining room and the conservatory are the heart of the house, where you can gather around cooking and cozy meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. There is enough space for several people to cook together while the children play in the living room or outdoors, watch movies in the house's home cinema or frolic in the outdoor spa. The 10 sleeping places are distributed over four spacious rooms + 2 lofts. The bedrooms are located at one end of the house, and the common areas at the other end. There is therefore plenty of space to be together, but also the opportunity to retreat and take a rest. The house naturally has 2 bathrooms, so the morning routine goes smoothly, even when many of you are away. Indoor luxury with home cinema and conservatory:This lovely house has its very own home cinema in a building next to the house. Here there is a small cinema room with large soft seats and fantastic surround sound – perfect for a movie night (or day), regardless of the weather! You will also find the cozy conservatory with a wood-burning stove, which invites you to play board games, read or have a good conversation while the flames crackle. There is plenty of light and direct access to the terrace. Outdoor spa, football pitch, trampoline and sea view:The cottage is located on a large plot with plenty of space for both play and relaxation. In the garden you will find a private, smaller football pitch, where both children and adults can get their heart rate up. After a match you can jump in the outdoor spa or enjoy the view of the beautiful nature and dune landscape around Nr. Lyngby. A viewing spot has been established on the plot, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while the sun sets over the North Sea. Here you will really feel the tranquility and special atmosphere that the area is known for. The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual consumption and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
