Holiday home with a view of the dunes and nature:The modern holiday home has a harmonious and bright interior with large windows that invite the beautiful dune landscape right into the living room. The open living room combines the kitchen and living room, and the wood-burning stove provides coziness and warmth when the evenings get cool. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, and the stylish bathroom completes the comfort indoors. Space for 5 people. Bed layout: Bedroom 1: 200*140 Bedroom 2: 200*180 Bedroom 3: 200*90 The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Beautiful outdoor areas and terraces with shelter:Several good terraces await you outdoors - a large, partially covered terrace to the south and a smaller, open terrace to the east, well protected by the dunes. Here you can enjoy sun, peace and a holiday atmosphere all day long. In the evening, light the outdoor fireplace and enjoy the last candle while listening to the roar of the North Sea in the background.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
