The Space:
3 Moranedd, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with range electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with balcony, twin, and single with balciny. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed courtyard area and a large communal rear lawned garden with a stone-paved patio area adjacent to the rear living room doors. Parking is permitted outside the cottage for drop-off and pick-up purposes only. Off-street parking is available nearby. There is a free car park in the village at 91 Ffordd Lligwy, LL72 8LT, as well as additional free parking just past the entrance to the RNLI car park, close to the property. Parking is also available within the RNLI car park for a daily charge of £5. Please note there is currently no convenience store in the village.Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub and beach 0.1 miles. WiFI, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Set over three floors.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. There are stunning sandy beaches nearby, at Benllech and Lligwy, and the lovely Red Wharf Bay, with its miles of open sands and birdlife. A perfect location for travelling around this lovely island and throughout beautiful Snowdonia.
