The Space:

Divino Haven is situated on the second floor and welcomes you to a brand-new, spacious and warmly decorated apartment where comfort comes first. The bright living room with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment and offers direct access to a cosy balcony with lounge furniture, perfect for enjoying the sun with a drink and a snack. The practical kitchen is fully equipped with, among others, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need.



The apartment offers two beautiful bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed. Upon arrival, the beds are already made, and air conditioning provides extra comfort during warm days. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a double sink and walk-in shower, and towels are included during your stay.



In addition, two practical storage rooms are available, including a washing machine and dryer. Families with young children are also well catered for: a high chair, baby cot, baby bath, changing cushion and play corner are provided. Bicycles can be safely stored in the designated bicycle storage area. Thanks to its prime location at the Kaai of Nieuwpoort and its warm, comfortable interior, you can enjoy a carefree stay here.

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
