Toller Ausblick, gepflegtes Apartment, ruhige Lage und der Pool ist sauber und groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Der einzige, kleine Wehmutstropfen: In den Schlafzimmern ist keine Klimaanlage, wobei die Ventilatoren etwas geholfen haben.Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung, denn wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns gut erholt.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Alles entsprach exakt der Beschreibung des Inserates auch die Fotos stimmten zu 100% mit der realen Wohnung überein. Für Fragen stand die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail oder Telefon zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus konnten wir dank ihr und ihrem Ehemann einen traumhaften Tag auf dem Mittelmeer mit einem Boot verbringen. Großartiger Urlaub !!! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Nice stay in a nice appartment

We had a very nice stay in this appartment. Towls, soap and basic kitchen products, like pepper and salt are available. The second bathroom and the kitchen are in need of refurbishing but everything works well and is clean. We appreciated the garage for our car. Supermarkets and restaurants are close but you will need a car to get there and back. We would recommend this place for a stay at the Costa Brava!

Traumhafter Ausblick, schöne Wohnung, praktische Garage, wunderschöne Gegend - ein schöner Urlaub! Das Meer und der Pool waren Anfang April leider noch zu kalt, und die Maler fingen im Treppenhaus um 7 an. Aber das tat der Freude über die schöne Aussicht keinen Abbruch. Mehrere sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe, Spazieren im Pinienwald, Barcelona und Figueres als Tagesausflüge, Geschäfte in St Feliu und Platja d Aro... Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub! Wir kommen auch nochmal wieder.

Une exploitation du touriste.

Appartement vétuste avec obligation de prendre un véhicule pour aller en ville. Le cinquieme lit ( placard) est dans un cagibi donnant sur la cuisine. En dehors de la vue sur mer, cet appartement ne vaut pas du tout un 9,7 mais plutôt 6. Nous avons eu en prime le ravalement de l'immeuble à partir de 9 heures du matin.

Perfect location for Costa Brava visit

We spent 10 days in this beautiful appartment. You've got really all you need and the view from the balcony is amazing. It is also a good base to reach all interesting sites in the area. Futhermore Cristina & Daniel are nice hosts and help you the best they can. If we visit Costa Brava againg we'll chose this appartment again!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt auf einem Hügel (ca. 100m). Man hat dadurch von der Terrasse einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.

Great long stay

Great views, large terrace, good layout that makes the apartment practical and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped which is important when you are staying for a long period of time. The WiFi was fast and stable, able to deal with videocalls and bandwidth requirements to work from home. It's in walking distance (15-20min) to both San Feliu de Guixols shops and restaurants and to S'Agaro. It is on top of a hill - therefore the fantastic views - so you'll train your legs on the way back, which is good too. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Great stay overall!

Toller Urlaub mit einem unfassbar tollen Meerblick

Wir hatten 14 wunderschöne Tage, alles hat gepasst und war wie beschrieben. Einziger kleiner „Minus-Punkt“: die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat uns nicht großartig gestört. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und super.

Lovely location.

Location is lovely and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and town. The apartment was clean. We had problems with Wi Fi being very slow and had to upgrade our sons personal phone data to keep him happy. Communication regarding checking in was not forthcoming and I had to involve the HomeAway team to resolve this. After that the owner was easily contactable.

A very nice stay

Great appartment with a beautiful view in a quiet surrounding. Everything you need is in the appartment. En voor de Nederlanders: echt een aanrader! Prachtige zee, fijne eigenaren, heerlijk rustig zwembad. De auto staat veilig in de garage. Geen airco, maar door de altijd aanwezige wind blijft het aangenaam in het appartement.

Traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine wunderschöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick, eine gemütliche Terrasse und einen großen Pool den wir für uns ganz allein hatten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gaben uns gute Ausflugstipps. Die wunderbaren Buchten und Strände in der Nähe werden wir sehr vermissen. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement bien disposé avec ses deux chambres (lits en bon état) plus une petite, deux salles de bain, une cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut et une vue qui surplombe la mer, c'est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse. La piscine est agréable aussi, surtout en milieu d'après-midi quand l'ombre arrive, la résidence est calme et proche des plages et des commerces.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr groß, gut geschnitten, gut ausgestattet. Pool und Terrasse sind phantastisch, den Pool hatten wir immer für uns allein. In den Bädern und der Küche (Spüle) wurde offensichtlich seit dem Frühjahr nachgebessert, Gewürze sind vorhanden. Einziges Manko: Das Wlan ist sehr langsam. Das konnte unseren guten Eindruck aber nicht schmälern. Vielen Dank, Cristina und Daniel.

Lovely view but overall disappointing

This apartment is in an apartment block at the top of a hill overlooking Sant Feliu de Guixols. The town is nice, with genteel S'Agaro close by, and plenty of shopping in the town and at nearby Platja d'Aro. These places have nice beaches, restaurants and bars. The balcony has a pretty spectacular view, looking down through the pine trees over these places to the sea, although of course being at the top of the hill makes it a hard walk uphill from Sant Feliu, and in practice we mostly used the car to get to and fro. The apartment overall is quite spacious, with a small kitchen, good size lounge/dining area, and three bedrooms (two double and one single). This space could suit a family with 2-3 children. Unfortunately, in other ways we found this a disappointing place to stay. The structure, decor and fittings are rather reminiscent of the 1970s, with its modernist concrete structures. Some things were not so nicely done; for example there is a wooden floor in the lounge/diner, but this is raised up above the other floors and is squeaky in places. The kitchen did not inspire us to cook at all, with the sink looking like it is peeling apart, and the cutlery drawer almost falling apart as it was pulled. The ensuite bathroom was okay but dated, and the showers a little hard to control in terms of temperature. There is internet connectivity, but we found this not always fast, especially when we had a rainy day. It was not wired, so I guess it relied on GSM connectivity (which I could do with my phone anyway). There was a lack of simple things available in the bathrooms and kitchen; for example there was no hair dryer, no hand-soap, I don't think there was any salt and pepper. These things are cheap enough, but fairly essential, and when travelling from another country to a furnished apartment I don't really expect to have to bring them with me, nor to go out to buy them before I can start enjoying the place. Sorry to make rather negative comments. The apartment has some good points, but after a few days the above issues led us to move out and stay at a nearby hotel.

Super Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen an der Küste, Super Aussicht.

Geräumige Wohnung mit bis zu 3 Schlafzimmern und einer funktionierenden Heizung. Von der Wohnung aus kann man super Ausflüge unternehmen, wie zum Beispiel die Küstenwanderung von Sant Feliu de Guixols nach Platja de´Oro oder von Tossa de Mar nach Lloret de Mar (mal abgesehen von den fantastischen Wegen um Palafrugell). Im Ort kann man sich auch Fahrräder mieten und von Girona oder Cassa de la Selva auf dem Via Verde zurück nach Sant Feliu fahren. Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Aussichtspunkt mit super Rundumsicht. Ansonsten findet man alles im Ort was man zum Leben braucht. Schlüsselübergabe war unproblematisch und sehr nett. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super und Frühstück immer mit Sonnenaufgang vom Frühstückstisch aus. Sehr gerne wieder.

Vacaciones Agosto 2018

Hemos pasado los 10 últimos días de Agosto y todas las noches me he pasado al menos una hora viendo el mar desde el balcón del apartamento. Está muy bien situado y muy cerca de la playa de Sant Pol. Es un enclave tranquilo y familiar y muy cerca de la C-31 para conocer toda la provincia. No dejéis de visitar el camino de ronda para ir a la playa de Sa Conca. De la casa lo mejor el balcón, el salón y las habitaciones. Solo por poner un pequeño pero, tendrían que mejorar un poco los cuartos de baño y algún detalle de la cocina. La urbanización es tranquila y la piscina la teníamos casi para nosotros solos. Además al no tener socorrista no cierra por la noche. En resumen han sido unos días estupendos y esperamos repetir en breve.
