A particular highlight is the covered, west-facing loggia, which provides sunshine and fresh Baltic Sea air throughout the day. Enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax with a good book, or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening sun. The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and is furnished with comfortable garden furniture – perfect for relaxing hours outdoors.

With its underfloor heating, sun-protection glazed windows (some floor-to-ceiling), and tasteful decor, the apartment offers a comfortable living environment year-round. Free Wi-Fi and a clothes drying rack are also provided.
