Accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, it's the perfect place to enjoy the fresh sea air. The location provides quick access to Godewindpark, while the Old Lighthouse and the promenade are just a short stroll away.

The interior features underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows with solar control glazing, ensuring a comfortable living environment year-round. The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed and its own flat-screen TV. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a second large television. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and practical extras such as an egg cooker and microwave, leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering.

The bathroom boasts modern amenities, including a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer. Since the apartment is explicitly designed to be dog-friendly, four-legged friends are very welcome.
