Villa Miglietta is a comfortable, independent solution, with large equipped outdoor spaces, ideal for spending happy vacations on the sea of Salento, a few hundred meters from the beaches of Torre Lapillo.
The lovely vacation cottage in Torre Lapillo is complete with useful accessories that make you feel right at home: airconditioning, washing machine, TV and mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plus outdoor showers and parking space inside the property.

Villino Miglietta stands in Torre Lapillo in a quiet and residential area. Fully fenced, it allows you to park your car inside.
In the garden, there are also outdoor showers to refresh yourself when you return from the sea, and the raised courtyard, partly shaded, furnished with table and chairs for relaxing, dining al fresco.
The interior is introduced by a living/dining room with an open kitchen, equipped with two refrigerators.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 bedrooms, one single and two doubles with en suite bathrooms.
The side veranda covered by a canopy is furnished with table and chairs, washing machine and dishwasher.
Air conditioning is present both in the double bedrooms and in the living room.

Villa Miglietta is located in Torre Lapillo, in a residential area, not far from all the main services and with the beaches located about 850 meters away.
Although not very central, the location is convenient both to move on foot reaching all services and the sea with a walk of a few minutes, and to explore other famous beaches of the coast of Porto Cesareo, such as Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto, or beautiful historic centers not far away such as Nardò and Copertino.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bathroom is without windows.
