Arrivals Check in is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, please contact me in advance and I ll do my best to accommodate your request. After 4:00 PM, you can access the property independently, provided that the online registration has been completed beforehand. We will then arrange a time to meet in person for identification. If you prefer a personal welcome, we can schedule an appointment at a specific time. Please note: After 8:00 PM: an additional fee of 50 applies After midnight: an additional fee of 70 applies Departures Check out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a different time, please let me know at least 2 days in advance and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Pets I m happy to welcome your four legged friends! A 50 fee per stay applies to cover additional cleaning.

The apartment features three bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes and TVs. The first and second bedrooms each offer three single beds, two of which can be joined to form a comfortable double bed, plus an additional pull out single bed if needed. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a convertible ottoman that can be turned into a single bed, a practical solution for an extra guest. The living area is spacious and welcoming, with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Smart TV, allowing them to enjoy the apartment with all the comforts of home. The property also includes two modern, fully fitted bathrooms with showers, as well as a balcony that provides a pleasant and usable outdoor space. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, on Via della Luce, one of the most charming and characteristic streets in Trastevere. This area is perfect for exploring Rome on foot, surrounded by traditional trattorias, bars, artisan shops, and a lively local atmosphere. The location is particularly strategic, as it lies in the very heart of Rome s historic center, within the area between the Vatican to the west and the Colosseum to the east, a distance of less than 3 kilometers. All of the city s main landmarks such as the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Campo de Fiori are located within this area. Trastevere sits right in the middle, making it possible to reach most attractions within approximately 1.5 kilometers, comfortably on foot.
