Make yourself at home in our modern apartment, ideal for five guests. It is located in a five story building with elevator, swimming pool and solarium. It comes with a bright living room, a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double and a single bed and a bathroom with a shower box. The accommodation also offers a lovely balcony, A/C and heating, a Satellite TV, a microwave, a dishwasher, an American coffee machine and one covered parking space (in the building or 300mt away). A shared laundry is available. Beach distance: 150mt. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colours may vary). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
