Welcome to our cozy corner for four guests, located in a building with swimming pool and solarium. It comes with a nice living area with a kitchen and a single sofa bed, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower box and a large balcony. The amenities included are: A/C and heating, a Satellite TV, a microwave, a dishwasher, American coffee machine and one uncovered parking space (in the building or 300mt away). A shared laundry is available. Beach distance: 150mt. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colours may vary). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.

*Check-in (18/04-31/05 and 01/09-26/09): 15:00-19:00. Check-in after 19:00 is not allowed.
*Check-in (01/06-31/08): 16:00 to 19:30. Check-in after 19:30 is not allowed.
*Check-out: until 09:00
