Once the heart of the old dairy farm, The Farmhouse is still the place where everyone loves to gather. Generous rooms invite guests to spread out, slow down and settle in. The space

Secluded from the kitchen and dining areas, the spacious lounge offers a peaceful retreat for relaxation. Sink into the generously sized corner sofa, unwind beside the open fire, and enjoy leisurely evenings in front of the Smart TV. A beautifully comfortable space designed for cosy nights and unhurried time together.

Classic Farmhouse Dining:

At the heart of the home, the traditional farmhouse kitchen dining area comfortably seats all eight guests. Warm, welcoming and inherently sociable, it’s the perfect setting for everything from relaxed takeaway suppers to long, celebratory meals shared around the table.

Contemporary Fully Equipped Kitchen:

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality integrated appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Carefully equipped with premium cookware, crockery and glassware, it’s perfectly suited to both casual breakfasts and impressive dinner parties.

Principal Bedroom with Roll-Top Bath & Walk-In Shower:

The luxurious principal bedroom features built-in wardrobes and a generous private bathroom, and can be arranged as either a king or twin room. The elegant en-suite bathroom is a true sanctuary, complete with a freestanding roll-top bath, walk-in shower and large vanity unit — an indulgent space designed for rest and relaxation.

Spacious Bunk Bedroom:

Ideally positioned between the two double bedrooms, this beautifully appointed en-suite room features two sets of full-size bunk beds, comfortably sleeping four adults. Each bed is thoughtfully fitted with its own recessed reading light, allowing for independent wind-down time and peaceful evenings.

Additional En-Suite Bedroom:

Bedroom three is both spacious and refined, configurable as a super king or twin. Complete with its own contemporary en-suite shower room, it offers comfort, flexibility and privacy, ensuring a premium stay for every guest.

THE BARN – A Shared Space for Celebration & Connection

Opening in late 2026, The Barn will become the social heart of the retreat — a striking, character-filled space designed for gathering, celebrating and creating unforgettable memories.

Beautifully rustic in design, the interior will be fully clad in sawn timber, creating warmth, texture and an authentic barn atmosphere. The natural wood finishes will give the space depth and richness, while its generous proportions ensure it feels both impressive and welcoming.

At its centre, guests will find a stylish bar, a spacious catering kitchen and a vast open main area complete with a large projector. Whether hosting a long, laughter-filled banquet, a milestone birthday, a lively disco evening, a cosy movie marathon or watching the cup final together, The Barn will adapt effortlessly to every occasion.

With seating for all 46 guests, the entire site can come together under one roof before retreating to the comfort and tranquillity of individual cottages at the end of the evening.

Available for exclusive guest hire, The Barn is designed to be as seamless as it is atmospheric. For those who prefer to relax and enjoy the celebration, outside caterers and bar services will be welcomed — allowing events to feel effortless, indulgent and beautifully hosted. Outdoor Communal Areas:

Guests can enjoy a range of thoughtfully provided facilities located across the wider site. A charming communal library offers a quiet corner to borrow a book and pause awhile, while practical amenities include a hot and cold dog and cycle wash, a secure cycle store and overflow parking. Two on-site EV chargers provide convenient charging for electric vehicles. The central courtyard is thoughtfully divided into three separate fenced garden areas for the dog-friendly cottages, allowing guests travelling with dogs to enjoy their own secure outdoor space while still retaining the character of the shared courtyard setting.
