The living room serves as the central gathering space, featuring a wood-burning stove and air conditioning, and opens directly onto a 15 m2 balcony that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the resort. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses of 80 cm width and 200 cm in length, and is equipped with its own air conditioning unit. The second bedroom also features 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, equally fitted with air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides direct access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower and WC. The balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, extends the living space and frames sweeping views of both the sea and the surrounding resort.
