Stunning 2 bed Penthouse Apartment at Loch Lomond
This bright and airy apartment is perfectly located for exploring the Loch Lomond area as well as being conveniently located for day trips to Glasgow.
The apartment is newly furnished to a very high standard and is spacious for 4 guests. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is great for relaxing after a day of exploration. Both bedrooms have King Size beds and luxury bedding. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional shower room with a washer and dryer.
The apartment is on the top floor of a modern development in Balloch. There is a large open plan kitchen, living & dining area for relaxing and cooking.
Off the hallway opens two bedrooms, both with king size beds.
The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, with separate shower and bath.
There is a second shower room opening from the private hallway for the use of the second bedroom.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and shelves for folded or hanging clothes.
Bedding and towels are provided.
You will have full private use of the apartment and one allocated parking space.
I live around 45 minutes away, so communication is via the app, but I am not far if needed in an emergency.
Strictly no gatherings or parties allowed.
4 persons maximum in the apartment at any time, regardless of age.
There is a Minut decibel monitoring device installed in this property.
Check-in & Check-out
The agreed check-in and check-out times must be adhered to.

This is a privately owned home. We request furnishings and contents are treated with care, and that any damage is reported promptly.
Noise & Consideration
Please be mindful of noise levels at all times. No noise after 10pm.

Only the number of guests included in the booking should stay at the property. The maximum occupancy is 4. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or the apartment building. If smoking outside, do so away from the main building and dispose of waste responsibly.
