Located in the quiet Le Solane area, within the Le Solane Residence with a wonderful panoramic seasonal shared pool, we offer our guests a one-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment, ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday on Elba Island, just minutes from Marina di Campo.

Sleeps 1 + outdoor space
The studio apartment, ideal for 2 people, is connected to the one-bedroom apartment but completely independent. It is a recent and well-maintained solution, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a new bathroom with shower, a small closet, a television, and a freezer. Although there is no air conditioning, the location and good natural ventilation make the apartment comfortable even in the summer months.
The outdoor area offers a large space equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a private parking space and access to a shared washing machine and barbecue.

Important Notes:
- Minimum check-in age: 21 (for groups of young people, families welcome)
- If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborliness), otherwise we will deduct €50 from the security deposit.
- Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set, including single use (request at time of booking). Not bookable on site
- Check-in at our offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.

Key collection information:
Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service team for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our agency in Marina di Campo or Portoferraio during low season.
