This combination of Høloftet and Kostalden constitutes two holiday apartments with space for 13 people (11 people + 2 extra beds in guest beds). The combination is ideal if you are a family or a couple of friends who want to enjoy and eat together. Peace and quiet for contemplation and space for movement:Outside at Hawbakken there is plenty of space and many small cozy corners with tables and benches and a fabulous 180-degree panoramic view of the North Sea, Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse and Lønstrup. As a guest, you have free access to the site's many activities in Sport & Spas. Here you can enjoy a wide range of activities, both indoors and outdoors. Read more about Sports and Spas at the end of the text. The holiday homes are all non-smoking and youth groups/night parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or left alone at home, and water bowls are not allowed on wooden floors. No animals at Høloftet. Possibility of using a washing machine and dryer in the common room. There is underfloor heating in the Kostalden, not at Høloftet. The two holiday homes:Høloftet – lovely holiday home on the 1st floor.Høloftet is the name of Hawbakken's charming holiday apartment on the 1st floor, which offers cozy sloping walls, but is furnished with a focus on modern comforts. The balcony is the sunniest place in the area. From here you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and a view of the fields and Vennebjerg Church. This holiday apartment is an ideal place to rent if you are looking for peace and quiet as well as plenty of activities close to the beach and holiday village. Details about the holiday home:Høloftet can accommodate 5 guests in 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room and 1 single bed in the living room - all beds are box springs with thick top mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of activities in the area. In addition, there is the possibility of 1 extra bed in a room with a passage. For those who want extra pampering, the apartment offers a small sauna and a bathtub in the bathroom, creating a spa-like atmosphere. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment! The modern amenities and stylish furniture add a touch of luxury to your holiday and outside you can enjoy the widest sunset or barbecue from the large, private terrace. From the bedrooms there is an enchanting sea view. The perfect oasis on the west coast! Details about the holiday home:The Kostalden is designed to accommodate 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with quality beds with thick top mattresses that ensure a good night's sleep. One bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor, while the other bedroom has a double bed and two single beds, located on the 1st floor via a steep staircase, which is not too difficult to walk. There is also the possibility of 1 extra bed in the living room or the bedroom on the ground floor. There is 1 functional and spacious bathroom. Capacity of the holiday home:7 guests (6 guests + 1 extra bed in a guest bed).2 bedrooms with sea view (one on the 1st floor).1 bathroom.2 private terraces with gas grill.1 baby bed and 1 high chair on request. Sports and Spas at Hawbakken:Hawbakken Sports & Spas is a more than 15 different activities for everyone. For example. mini golf, basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, petanque, air hockey, table football, street hockey, king's game, playhouse and much more. Sports and Spas are free for guests staying at Hawbakken, while outside guests can buy admission for 75 kr. per day. You are responsible for keeping things tidy and looking after things out of consideration for other guests. Sports and Spas is open every day year-round from 9:00-21:00 - both for overnight guests and outside guests, who must pay an entrance fee. Please note: The arcade is unheated and outdoor courts are available for use weather permitting.Important Note – • Rebooking is permitted once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover incidentals and any incidental charges. Final charges will be based on actual usage, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property.
