This ground-floor property offers a comfortable living space with a cozy living area with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining corner. It features a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower (no box). Outside, a charming patio is furnished.
The apartment is simply yet thoughtfully furnished, equipped with modern comforts such as A/C, a safe, a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, a microwave, an American-style coffee machine, and a TV. A shared washing machine is also available for guests’ convenience. There is one reserved parking space available (suitable for small cars).
