A nice, comfortable, and cozy apartment located in a quiet and very central neighborhood, just 4 blocks from the Jumbo supermarket, with bus and minibus service just 2 blocks away.

Fully equipped, two-story apartment. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, and 1 queen-size bed. On the first floor, there is a private bathroom, dining room, 1 sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, a Toyotomi heater, Wi-Fi 6 internet, and covered parking.

The following are not included:
Towels, hair dryer, luggage storage, toiletries such as toothpaste, shampoo, and toilet paper, among others. It also does not include housekeeping or cleaning services during your stay, but the unit is delivered clean and sanitized.

Check-in is self-service; you must retrieve the keys from a security box located next to the cabin’s entrance door.

In some cases, check-in is possible starting at noon; please check availability and make arrangements by phone.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

For 1 person: $27.000
Par; for 2 people: $33.000
Par; for 3 people: $ 39.000

A deposit of $30.000.- is required to confirm your reservation; the balance is payable in cash or via bank transfer upon check-in at the cabin.

Foreign tourists are not required to make any deposit, and we will send you the Wi-Fi password so you can connect to the network and communicate with us via WhatsApp.

The following are not permitted:
1. Holding parties or any type of celebration on the property.-
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
