Ideal for couples, this accommodation features an open-plan living and dining area with the kitchen, bathed in plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with a practical sofa, a television and a welcoming dining table, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to the essential crockery and utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and other appliances to help you with your day-to-day needs.

The accommodation features a lovely enclosed balcony (glazed veranda), strategically located with access from the bedroom. This sunny little corner, equipped with a small reading sofa, is the perfect retreat to relax, read a book and enjoy the wonderful natural light during the day.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, providing a serene and peaceful environment for rest. It is spacious and features a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobes so you can store your belongings in an organised way.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

A short walk away, you will find the vast Matosinhos Beach, a true paradise for surfers and lovers of long walks along the promenade, as well as the green lung of the region, the immense Parque da Cidade.

Matosinhos is also, undeniably, the gastronomic capital of the North: just a few blocks away, you will be tempted by the unmistakable aroma of the best fresh fish and seafood restaurants in the country, grilled outdoors over charcoal.

The great advantage of staying in this seaside area is its extraordinary proximity and connection to the majestic Historic Centre of Porto. With the metro station (Matosinhos Sul) practically at your doorstep, you will enjoy a direct, fast and comfortable journey to the heart of the city. In an instant, you can immerse yourself in the infectious energy of Avenida dos Aliados, explore the iconic Lello Bookshop, climb the Torre dos Clérigos, or wander down the alleyways to the world-famous Ribeira, always returning at the end of the day to fall asleep to the serene breeze of the Atlantic Ocean.

In addition to being the perfect base for exploring Porto and the beaches, this address has excellent road connections, making it a strategic starting point for discovering other cities of great tourist importance. In a short trip, you can cross the river to visit the historic Port Wine Cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. And if you wish to plan fantastic day trips, you can easily drive to the treasures of the North, such as the castle of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), the architectural and religious richness of Braga, or the romantic and picturesque canals of Aveiro.

The property is very well served by public transport, making getting around the city simple and comfortable.

Matosinhos Sul station (Line E - Purple) is just a few minutes' walk away. This line connects directly to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport in around 15 to 20 minutes, with no need to change.

Several STCP bus lines run nearby, with connections to Porto and surrounding areas, and taxis and ride-hailing vehicles (Uber, Bolt) are easily available in the area.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 15-20 minutes by metro or around 10 minutes by car/taxi, depending on traffic.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
