Appartamento Mimosa is located on the second floor of a newly built building inspired by Nordic design, a building that combines essential lines, natural materials and green design capable of creating a bright and contemporary atmosphere. The studio apartment has a harmonious living room, where the sofa, the television and the large window communicate with the natural light, making the space immediately pleasant. The kitchen wall, discreet and perfectly integrated, offers everything you need to live everyday life with simplicity: oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction plate, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, washing machine and ironing equipment, all carefully inserted to maintain a clean and tidy aesthetic.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, to ensure comfort in every season.
The sleeping area, cozy and well organized, houses a double bed and large wardrobes, designed to ensure comfort and functionality. The bathroom, with dressing room and walk-in shower, echoes the contemporary style of the apartment, with elegant finishes that recall the Nordic sobriety of the entire building.
The building that houses Appartamento Mimosa is an innovative architectural project: exposed white wooden beams, large glass surfaces and a sustainable footprint that ensures a high energy class. Each apartment can be reached through a common external balcony, a design choice that creates a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior and gives the building a distinctive character. The absence of an elevator is consistent with the lightweight structure and the original concept.

Behind it is the IRCCS San Gerardo hospital and university complex, easily accessible, while the Monza Park, one of the largest in Europe, is not far away and offers a perfect green oasis for walks, sports and moments of relaxation.
