Close to all amenities, an Aqualand and a Luna Park. Less than 30 minutes from several golf courses and zoos, and around an hour from Terramitica or Mundo Mar, our luxurious accommodation offers a more attractive base rate, allowing guests to choose which extras to add according to their needs.

Options available to book and pay for on site (euro):
- Wi-Fi option: price (30 for the stay or per 30-day period for long-term stays) – please enquire in advance at the PALMERASOL agency on site.
- Air conditioning option: 5 per day, if used between 1 June and 30 September (free for the rest of the year).
- Additional fan or portable heater option: 5 per day of use (50 deposit, refunded upon return of the appliance in good condition)
- Cot or extra air mattress option: 30 per week (50 deposit, refunded upon return of the item in good condition)
- International TV option: 1 per day (50 deposit, refunded upon return of the item in good condition)
- Extra cleaning during your stay (price on request)
- Option for a private parking space nearby: from 3 to 10 per day depending on the season, and subject to availability.
- Option for private airport transfers: upon prior request, to be paid on site - from 50 euros depending on the time or pick-up location (day or night).
- Late arrival or departure, or on non-working days in the region and in Torrevieja (see website): Free of charge from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm every day of the week, and on Saturday mornings from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm:
- For arrivals: check-in and key collection between 6.00 pm and 7.45 pm
- For departures: in the morning between 9.30 am and 10.30 am.
A luggage storage service is available during the agency’s opening hours for late or early arrivals and departures.
- Please note! Outside the agency’s opening hours indicated above, overtime will be charged at 10 per hour or part thereof, up to a maximum of 50; this flat rate applies on Sundays and local public holidays.
- Excessive energy consumption: water and electricity consumption is included in the price up to 10 kWh per day (meter in the apartment). Any consumption exceeding this limit by more than 15% will be charged to you based on the exact bill received.

All these options must be booked and paid for on site; therefore, they are not subject to commission by the booking site (substantial saving).
- Payment by VISA card is accepted, subject to an additional 2% bank charge.
- Please note that if they have not already been charged at the time of booking, a booking fee of 20% of the total amount of your booking will be payable on site at check-in, to cover general administration costs and local taxes. Please ensure you check this with the booking site or the PALMERASOL agency on site to avoid any unnecessary disappointment.

At the end of your stay, any missing items or damage found in the accommodation on the day of departure will be deducted directly from your deposit. It is therefore important to notify the on-site concierge agency if necessary.
Indeed, the PALMERASOL agency has been authorised by the owner to deal with any issues or additional requirements to ensure your stay is as stress-free as possible (repairs, purchases, loans or replacement of damaged equipment or linen, etc.).

The property and its outdoor areas are cleaned and disinfected between each stay; an annual insecticide and rodent control treatment is also carried out to prevent crawling insects and small unwanted animals. However, it is impossible to prevent the wind or ‘cucarachas’ (local insects) from bringing in sand or dust, or from dying inside the property. Please note that these occasional and rare occurrences shall not give rise to a request for a refund or a change of accommodation (except in the case of a proven mass infestation).
Please note: Failure to hand over the keys to an agency member on the day of departure and failure to complete the check-out procedure will automatically result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Bus transfers are available from Alicante Airport to Torrevieja coach station (approximately 15 return per person – tickets to be purchased on the spot, timetables available online).

Bicycle or scooter hire is available in town for all your outings and/or for exploring the hiking trails, the protected parks of La Mata and Las Salinas (and its pink lagoon).
