The main house features a welcoming living area that includes a lounge, a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom, along with 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, one of which is furnished with a king-size bed. The 2 annexes each house an additional bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom and king-size bed, offering guests a high degree of privacy and independence. The villa also features a brand new fitness area with a bay window overlooking the swimming pool, equipped with a treadmill and a complete exercise bench. A security deposit of 500 euros is payable upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, less any charges for damages.
