Comprising a ground‑floor double and one twin rooms. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and air fryer. The sitting room features a woodburning stove and Smart TV. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen inc. in rent but guests will need to bring their own towels. High chair available. Outside, the property benefits from a private patio with furniture and barbecue, along with off‑road parking available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 1.7 miles.
