Lido di Capoliveri is also approximately 3 km away, with a travel time of about 10 minutes by car.
The Madonna delle Grazie area is about 1.5 km away, reachable in just a few minutes.

We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and utensils upon checkout, and separate waste and dispose of it.

In this exclusive setting, we offer a complex of four apartments, of which only two are currently available, located in a prime location just 200 meters from the center of Capoliveri, just outside the pedestrian area. This ideal location combines the convenience of having the village within easy reach with the tranquility of a secluded setting, just steps from the picturesque medieval center with its characteristic streets, artisan workshops, and authentic atmosphere.

This welcoming and private two-room apartment comprises a double bedroom, bathroom, and a living area with kitchen and an additional bed, ideal for couples or small families.

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 fee.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set (also for single use), €20 for a single set (to be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on site.

Key collection information:
Check-in information is sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on our opening hours.
