Designed to accommodate up to five guests, the home is arranged across two levels, with a double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds upstairs. The ground floor features a comfortable living and dining area with seating, a TV, and a dining table, providing a practical space for gathering. A fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge-freezer supports easy meal preparation, while a bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures everyday convenience. Heating and a washing machine are also available for longer stays.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a 45 m² sheltered terrace extending into a fenced garden of 330 m². Equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, and a barbecue, the space is ideal for relaxed afternoons, outdoor meals, or quiet moments overlooking the bay.
