Villa Belcolle with pool, air conditioning and wonderful panorama, 20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea

Villa in the hills just 20 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea. It's located in the South of the Marche and enjoys a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside. Its position is private and quiet, allowing its guest to enjoy the maximum privacy, but at the same time to reach the coast and the beaches of the area of the Riviera delle Palme in a few minutes' drive.
To visit in the surrounding area the towns of Cossignano, Montalto delle Marche, Montedinove, Offida, Ripatransone. On the Adriatic Coast are certainly to see the town of Grottammare, located southern of Cupra Marittima, and San Benedetto del Tronto, the most important and known town of the Riviera delle Palme.
Driving along the scenic roads surrounding the villa, the hills are covered with a mosaic of vineyards and olive tree groves, wheat fields, sunflowers fields and pastures. The food and wine offer includes a variety of local dishes made with fish, meat, pasta, olives, truffles and fine wine: Verdicchio, Vernaccia, Rosso Conero, Rosso Piceno e Falerio.
This villa is surrounded by large paved areas and it is fully fenced and accessible through an electric gate.
Next to the villa there is the pool, equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, with a wonderful scenic view of the surrounding hills.
The large porch is equipped with sofas and is also ideal for children who can have fun with table tennis, table football, playhouse for children, a small swing, kick scooter, tricycle, a toy kitchen, blackboard, small table and chairs.
In the paved area with direct access to the kitchen there are table, chairs and barbecue to dine comfortably outdoors.
The villa is on two floors.
On the ground floor the entrance covered by a big and shaded porch leads to the spacious living room with fireplace and corner bar. The living room overlooks the adjoining pool and the surrounding hills. From the living room you enter the comfortable and fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can comfortably dine in the kitchen or move outside where there is a large paved area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area, which is composed of four bedrooms:
– 2 double bedrooms;
– 1 bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds;
– 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
for a total of 10 sleeps.
At guests’ disposal on the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, a study room, a laundry room and a large terrace.
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The villa is equipped with insect screens in all rooms.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels;
weekly linen change;
weekly and final cleaning;
utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use);
Wi-Fi;
air conditioning;
small pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week);
pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
