Welcome to our charming house with a pool, located in the მშვიდ and picturesque town of Lavra, just a few steps from the golden sands of the beach. This seaside retreat offers the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure, where you can enjoy the serenity of the coast and the convenience of modern amenities.



Our spacious house is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a memorable getaway. With modern and cozy décor, every corner has been designed to provide comfort and style. The bedrooms are bright and airy, with soft beds that ensure a good night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun.

Located just a few minutes’ walk from Lavra beach, this house is a paradise for sea lovers. Enjoy long walks along the coast, dive into the refreshing waters of the Atlantic, or simply relax in the sun with a good book. The area also offers a variety of water activities, such as surfing, paddleboarding, and kitesurfing, for the more adventurous.



-Additionally, Lavra is a convenient base for exploring the wonders of northern Portugal. The city of Porto, with its rich history, stunning architecture, and delicious cuisine, is just a 20-minute drive away. Explore the narrow streets of Ribeira, taste the famous Port wine in the cellars across the Douro River, or take a boat tour to admire the city from a new perspective.



-There are 3 apartments by the pool and one main house with 3 bedrooms.

-There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.



-Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will be applied up to a limit of €80.



-We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.



-Enhance your stay with additional services such as extra keys, extra cleaning, and extra bed linen. For more information and rates, please contact us.



-Opening the door during your stay may incur an extra fee according to the following schedule: between 9:00 and 18:00: €25; other times: €50.



-The facilities may only be used by guests registered in the reservation.



-Early check-in may incur a fee of €20, subject to availability and always from 11:00 onwards, whether to leave luggage or to settle in.



-Check-out time is 11:00; staying beyond this time without prior notice and authorization from the host will result in an extra fee of €25 per hour of late check-out.



-All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with local Portuguese laws. This form will be sent after booking confirmation.
