The spacious bedroom in Apartment 2 features a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes, and bedside tables, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. Apartment 2 is split-level, with the bedroom located down a small set of steps upon entry.

The bathroom includes a shower over the bath for your convenience.

The upper level hosts an open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped for self-catering. Enjoy a quiet meal or relax on the two-seat sofa while watching your favourite shows. Freeview TV and Wi-Fi are also available.

House Rules:
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
- UK bed sizes apply.
