A stunning beachfront villa in the heart of the Gulf of Marinella, just a few minutes from Porto Rotondo. An exclusive location surrounded by nature, ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. The spacious, bright rooms, the large panoramic veranda, and the sun deck offer breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea. The private garden with direct access to the beach makes this villa an oasis of relaxation, privacy, and authentic beauty.

The Layout
The villa is spread over three levels and is designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The sleeping area includes four bedrooms accommodating a total of 8 guests: two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with bunk beds, ideal for families with children. There are two bathrooms, both with showers.

The living area consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with direct access to the veranda. The real highlight of the house is the large panoramic veranda, perfectly furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, with an unobstructed view of the sea.

Outside, the property features a large, well-maintained garden that extends all the way to the sea, a barbecue area, a panoramic sun deck, and a charming outdoor shower made of Gallura stone. An utility room with a washing machine and freezer completes the home.

Access to the beach is direct and immediate: a rare privilege that makes your stay even more exclusive.

The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Smeralda. Marinella Beach is just a short walk away, featuring both public sections and fully equipped beach clubs.

Nearby are beach clubs and renowned restaurants such as the bar at the Hotel Abi d’Oru and the famous Regolo, perfect for breakfast with a sea view, aperitifs, and dinners on the beach. For nightlife, the Blu Beach is also within walking distance along the shoreline.

The center of Porto Rotondo is just a 5- to 10-minute drive away and is ideal for strolling, shopping, dining, and enjoying the elegant atmosphere typical of the Costa Smeralda.
