Villa Marina is not a standardized holiday home. It is a house that lives, full of soul and memories. The furnishings, refined but proudly vintage , tell the story of the family that lived there: you will find nineteenth-century furniture that coexists with the typical style of the 80s and a vast collection of books at your disposal. The villa is spread over two floors, designed to accommodate light and sea breeze in every room.
The Ground Floor:

Cozy entrance: A hallway with sofa and desk, perfect for a moment of reading.
Living Area: Equipped kitchen and dining room with different social areas.
Bedroom: A spacious double room with direct access to the veranda; it has a sea-view desk for truly inspired smart working.
Bathroom: Functional, equipped with shower.

The First Floor:

Sleeping Area: Three large double bedrooms, all characterized by a panoramic sea view that will give you unforgettable awakenings.
Bathroom: Second vintage-style bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
