The sofa bed wasn't the same as the video guide but it was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the utensils that we needed for the stay. I would book with ViVistays again

We had a wonderful stay at Seton Sands! The location is ideal—situated right on the East Lothian coast with incredible, scenic views over the Firth of Forth, yet just a short and easy drive into central Edinburgh.  The park itself is impeccably maintained, welcoming, and packed with great things to do. The indoor heated pool was a huge hit, and having direct access to the beach right across the road made morning coastal walks an absolute highlight. The staff throughout the site were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure.  Our accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, serving as the perfect base to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you are looking for a fun family getaway or a relaxing coastal retreat near the city, Seton Sands delivers on all fronts.  We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
