Cozy flat located in a central building, only 150m from the beach. Our one-bedroom flat features a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a full bathroom with an enclosed shower, and two balconies (one with outdoor furniture). It is equipped with a microwave, A/C, and one numbered parking space in the garage (4,10×2,75×1,70). Shared laundry available for guests.°Pets are not allowed.°Floor cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor, and colours may vary).
