Venice, Treviso, and the beaches of Caorle and Bibione are all within an hour’s drive.

Perfect for outdoor lovers: hiking and cycling routes start directly from the house, with bike storage, workshop, and rental options available. Close to the famous Prosecco Hills Trail.

Guests can enjoy a panoramic terrace with barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing moments, as well as private garden parking. The owner, creative and welcoming, lives on the ground floor and is always happy to recommend local restaurants and experiences.

PLEASE NOTE: If the property is booked for 4 or fewer people, you will receive a discount and the upper part of the house will be closed, while the ground floor (kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms) will remain available.

On-site, a variety of experiences are available on request for an additional fee: a course on how to prepare the traditional Venetian dessert Tiramisù; a visit to the nearby Caglieron caves including a picnic basket; guided excursions by bicycle or Vespa (with rental agreements) to explore the area.
